The Firm has extensive experience in the area of administrative liability of entities. Companies and banks have been assisted in legal proceedings for administrative offences committed by both their managers and employees. Advice has been provided to companies in the creation of Organisation and Management Models and the drafting of Protocols for the implementation of corporate decisions in relation to offence prevention, in particular in identifying the activities in the context of which offences may be committed (Risk Assessment), information flows to the supervisory body (such as Whistleblowing Procedures), and a disciplinary system able to sanction any failure to comply with the measures indicated in the Model.
